A lovely, large apartment, which occupies the entire first floor of the house. The entire suite is under lovely knotty pine ceilings and enjoys views across the Helderberg and Hottentots Holland mountains.

Rates quoted include a full breakfast buffet and 14% VAT.
No Tourism Levy is charged.

RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations to be guaranteed in writing with a upon receipt of a bank deposit; or
Credit Card number, expiry date and CVC number [last 3 digits on the back of the card]
One night’s accommodation value as an initial deposit will secure reservations.
50% Deposit of the full accommodation account is required 1-month prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 0 to 7 days prior – 100% of the deposit
Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior – 75% of the deposit
Cancellation 15 to 21 days prior – 50% of the deposit
Cancellation 22 to 28 days prior – 25% of the deposit

Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior will incur a 5% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.
